Nose: A powerful first nose of fruits on ripen quickly joined by notes of jams, caramel and roasting.

Palate: With a pleasant totally finished structure, it is characterized by notions of gray pepper, or even a hint of chili, and a real cocktail combining licorice with figs and raisins.

Finish: Very long final with powerful, elegant and subtle faith. He evokes the very contemporary style of the current Trois Rivières rums.
