      Producer Information

      Château Paveil de Luze is a historic Médoc wine producer, located in Margaux near the village of Soussans. Dating back to 1862, the estate has been owned by the Luze family for seven generations. The château produces Left Bank Bordeaux blends from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.Château Paveil de Luze's estate spans a consecutive 32 hectares (79 acres) with soils composed primarily of deep gravel. The site is planted to around 70-percent Cabernet Sauvignon and 30-percent Merlot. The château's cellars and winemaking facilities were completely updated in 2005 and the vineyards and winemaking have been managed by consultant Stephane Derenoncourt since 2010.
