Nose: A balanced combination of pineapple chunks, mangoes, and vibrant lemon sits alongside toasted cereals, vanilla buttercream, and ginger.
Palate: Juicy pineapple, apple, and pear join vanilla pods, smooth custard, and toasted oak, whilst cinnamon and ginger are dusted on top.
Finish: Prolonged sweet fruitiness together with sympathetic cinnamon spice.

Bimber Distillery, located in London, specialises in traditional methods and high-quality spirits. It opened in 2015 and is known for its artisanal spirits, especially whisky. Bimber Distillery takes a hands-on approach. The team handles everything, from picking the best ingredients to distilling and bottling. They use traditional copper pot stills and make small batches for quality control.
