Papaya sprinkled with black pepper, grilled pineapple with a lingering floral element in the background: chamomile and rose water. A contradiction in a glass – elegant and refined yet framed by a muscular, almost bonfire-esque element. Flavors fold together on the palate: cedarwood, exotic fruits, a cereal complexity and rum and raisin ice cream. Silky smooth with a lingering sweet almond note and a creamy finish.

The name Craigellachie means 'rocky hill' and refers to the cliff that overlooks the Spey across from The Macallan distillery.
