Hayman's Gently Rested Gin was first distilled by hand before it was rested in Scotch whisky casks for just three weeks. This brief wood contact was intended to add nuance and individuality to an already wonderful dry gin. The brand recommends mixing it with warming ginger or enjoying it in classic English gin cocktails such as The White Lady.
