Distillery Information

Juan Marí Mayans set up the first ever distillery on Formentera, where he began producing eight-litre batches. One hundred and forty years after those eight-litre production batches, Familia Marí Mayans has gone on to make around 500,000 litres of hierbas ibicencas a year.
