This bourbon is full of fruit and grain notes. It's amazing the amount of flavor they packed into a 2-year-old bourbon. This bourbon show's of the skill of the distiller. From grain selection to fermentation to distillation and aging this bourbon was methodically crafted.
Lee W. Sinclair 4 grain Bourbon Whiskey Tasting Notes.
Nose: On the nose, there is plenty of corn, allspice, dough, vanilla and apple.
Palate: The palate has notes of grapes, corn, caramel, allspice, and very prevalent sweet fruits such as raspberries.
Finish: The finish on this four grain bourbon is short to medium in length with the grapes and raspberries really standing out.

Spirits of French Lick distillery in West Baden Springs, Indiana has released its first in a series of whiskeys, the Lee Sinclair, a Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This is the first straight bourbon whiskey the distillery has released since it began distilling operations in April 2016.
