The Mezcal Unión brand was founded with a respect to mezcal's artisan and traditional production, as well as with a drive to provide social development and economic sustainability for the families producing the spirit itself - all worthy efforts. This expression is made with a combination (a union, if you will) of espadín and cirial agave, which were aged between 8 and 20 years before harvesting.
