Rough Rider Bull Moose Batch No 27 Rye Whisky

Rough Rider Bull Moose whiskey is distilled from a mash containing 95% rye and 5% barley malt (most likely at the MGP Indiana distillery) and aged in three types of casks. After the first phase of maturation in fresh American white oak casks, the whiskey is transferred to ex-bourbon casks, from which it is transferred to the casks previously used for aging Pine Barrens Single Malt whiskey produced on site.

Nose: Full-bodied aroma.

Palate: This is extremely rich and very balanced in flavour.

Finish: Rich and smooth.
