Nose: Slick caramel and brown buttered bread with honey, meaty notes of honey roasted ham, and some more savoury spice are joined by hibiscus and sweet, floral fruit – melon and citrus blossom with a touch of leather and engine oil.

Palate: Bold, sweet, and spicy with dense notes of treacle toffee and oily oak, rich molasses, and cracked peppercorns. There's some chilli flake and root ginger heat, doused with candied pinepple and zesty grapefruit.

Finish: Those warming spices linger on the edges while rich, sweet burnt sugar, oily, rubbery molasses, and a tannic oak tail off elegantly.
