The folks at Weetwood Brewery & Distillery have combined their two passions, beer and whisky in this edition of The Cheshire English single malt! They filled up six quarter casks with the brewery's most characterful beer, Jester IPA.

The Cheshire IPA Cask Special Release English Single Malt Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Zesty notes of grapefruit and lemon peel join juicy tropical fruits, with garden herbs nestling beneath.

Palate: Crisp green apple joins more tropical fruit, with biscuity malt, oaken vanilla, and subtle herbaceous hoppy notes in the distance.

Finish: Silky layers of butterscotch and vanilla linger, with a touch of peppercorn warmth.
