Nose: Earthy, spicy juniper, with sweetness of citrus and rose, plus some tangy anise.

Palate: The palate is very delicate and complex.

Finish: Finish is very smooth and long.

Distillery Information

Owned and purpose built by husband and wofe team Emma and Gareth Glynn. "Driven by a love of gin and a desire to create a business that fitted in with family life, we made the move from Lancashire to Ellesmere in 2012 and quickly settled into Shropshire life. A few years later in 2018, The Shropshire Distillery began its story. Along with our daughter, Lily, and mascot Calla the Hungarian Vizsla, we set the ‘Gin Shed’ up as our first distillery, located at our family home." In 2021 The Shropshire Distillery was awarded Silver awards for all four of the Core Range Gins - making them multi award winning!
