Fine and persistent perlage. Golden straw yellow color. It releases aromas of peach, yellow fruit and violet. In the mouth it is taut and "salty", shows excellent air-tightness.

Benoit Dehu is an 8th generation vigneron and helps manage the family Champagne house of Dehu Pere et Fils. He chose a single 1.4 hectare site planted to Meunier and began farming it biodynamically to use for his own label wines.
