A very open nose from the opening with notes of black cherry, cocoa, zan, scrubland and black pepper. We feel a lot of freshness (a hint of menthol and camphor) and a really beautiful aromatic complexity emerges from this vintage. The palate is ample with a delicious sweetness.

In 1992, Véronique and Philippe Grenier took over the uninhabited buildings belonging to the latter's grandfather. At that time they owned 0.50ha of table wine vines. They took over 3 hectares of vines from the 70s for rent. Since 1992 they have gradually planted vines. From the moment of installation, the objective was to work in Organic Agriculture. Different techniques for working the soil, pruning and maintaining the vineyard were tested and implemented. In 2016, to strengthen the commitment to soil quality and fertility, the estate opted for Biodynamic certification by DEMETER . This agriculture is based on good agronomic practices used in organic farming and complements them by revitalizing the soil with preparations of animal and mineral origin. These revitalize the earth and restore balance to the plant and the soil. It also uses natural rhythms such as solar, lunar and planetary rhythms.
