2021 | Mandrarossa | Ciaca Bianca Fiano

Produced from the white Fiano grape variety typical to Southern Italy, giving white wines that are characterised by their sapidity and herbal, aromatic nuances on the palate. Notes of jasmine, basil and tomato leaf on the nose. Pair with rice salads and seafood hors d’oeuvres. Mandrarossa wines form part of Cantine Settesoli`s impressive operation - an outstanding Sicilian cooperative that first launched the Mandrarossa brand in 1999.

Mandrarossa was founded in 1999 after more than 20 years of studying the terroirs. The Mandrarossa wines are the result of constant research and experimentations towards innovation. For this reason, they represent a different Sicily, unlike its stereotypes.
