57° SKYE Earth + Sea Cask Finished Gin | 700ML

Already an awards show favourite, this gin from 57° SKYE sees the brand flex its maturation muscles by popping its London dry gin in French oak casks which previously contained Banyuls liquor, a fortified apéritif. These 225-litre casks were finished on-site on The Isle of Skye, hence the idea of marrying earth and sea.

Nose: Botanical notes of fresh citrus.

Palate: waxy vanilla, aromatic spice, and sweet buttery apple.

Finish: The finish is quite unique, rich and long lasting.
