A delightful liqueur from The Shropshire Distillery, ideal for fans of iced tea! A blend of black teas from China is cold-brewed and infused with Italian bergamot fruit oil, balanced by a good zesty helping of dried orange and lemon peels, making this ideal for some refreshing afternoon serves. Splash this in some lemonade with plenty of ice and a slice of orange for a refreshing long serve, we reckon it could add an intriguing layer to cocktails too.

Nose: Gently earthen, softly spiced wafts of dried tea.

Palate: Plenty of sweet tangy citrus and floral zest.

Distillery Information

Driven by a love of gin and a desire to create a business that fitted in with family life, we made the move from Lancashire to Ellesmere in 2012 and quickly settled into Shropshire life. A few years later in 2018, The Shropshire Distillery began its story. Along with our daughter, Lily, and mascot Calla the Hungarian Vizsla, we set the ‘Gin Shed’ up as our first distillery, located at our family home. first gin, Shire Gin was launched on 1st July 2018, followed by our Shire Spiced Gin in December 2018 with our third edition Shire Cherry Gin being released in February 2019.
