Audemus Covert Liqueur | 700ML

Not simply a replacement for underpants, fig leaves have their own incredible aromas and flavours, which Audemus have showcased in their Covert Liqueur! The fig leaves are harvested, air-dried then lightly roasted. They're then combined with spring honey, a touch of cane sugar and re-distilled aged Cognac to create an inventive, highly perfumed liqueur.

Distillery Information

Audemus was founded in 2021 by David Pillet and is associated with Alphée Consulting, a boutique founded in 2016 by Christian Dargnat. David has served as an independent advisor to various organizations in France and internationally for the design of their strategy and has assisted multiple entities with their fund-raising ambitions. David is a member of the Strategy Committee of the Place Stratégique in Paris. Prior to setting up Audemus, David Pillet served as Chief of Staff to BNPP Asset Management’s CEO and as Strategy Director at Banque Pictet & Cie investment management group.
