This single malt was distilled at the Hardenberg Distillery in northwest Germany and aged in a combination of brandy and bourbon barrels, before a finishing period in white oak casks. Brimming with sweet oaken vanilla and honey, it's a great little sipper.
Beverbach White Oak Cask Finish Whisky | 700ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Rich, roasty barley, apricots, and peaches, with floral hints of fresh oak.
Palate: Sweet, floral honey and fragrant vanilla, poached pears drizzled in warm caramel.
Finish: Caramelised biscuits, gently spicy, peppery notes are balanced by more silky vanilla.
