The difference between Bols Crme de Menthe-Green and Bols Crme de Menthe-White is color, the flavor is identical. Bols Crme de Menthe-White was developed to be used in light colored 1970s creamy drinks, especially those using cream, where green peppermint cannot be used because of its dominant color.

Bols Peppermint White is especially developed for the numerous cocktail recipes that require the mint additive without causing any colour change.
