Nose: Chocolate, caramel, toasted marshmallow, dried apricot, vanilla, and gentle clove spice.

Palate: Rich and smooth with toffee, roasted nuts, baking spice, toasted coconut, and layered oak sweetness.

Finish: Medium-long, silky, and warm with lingering oak, spice, and soft sweetness.

Distillery Information

King of Kentucky is one of Brown-Forman’s most prestigious bourbon brands, originally dating back to 1881 and revived in 2018 as a hyper-limited annual release. Traditionally known for ultra-aged, cask-strength single barrels, it quickly became one of the most sought-after bottles in the American whiskey world. The 2026 Small Batch Collection represents a major evolution, blending around 100 barrels aged 12–18 years to create a new, more consistent expression. Master Distiller Emeritus Chris Morris crafted the series to showcase how proof influences flavor, releasing three batches at different strengths. Despite being more approachable than the single barrel releases, it still uses the same high-quality stock aged in Brown-Forman’s historic heat-cycled warehouses.
