This is a Lady of the Glen bottling of single malt Scotch whisky from Islay's Bunnahabhain Distillery, aged for 11 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt – from March 2010 to May 2021. Following that rest, it was bottled at cask strength, with an outturn of 213 bottles by Hannah Whisky Merchants.

Nose: Nutmeg and ginger snaps, with orange peels and chocolate shavings.

Palate: Oily malt with a core of vanilla and peppercorn, surrounded by more chocolatey sweetness.

Finish: Dried fruit, cinnamon, marzipan.
