Distillery Information

Callington Mill Distillery is located in the historic town of Oatlands in Tasmania and takes its name from the nearby Callington Mill, one of Australia’s oldest surviving operational windmills. The distillery began producing whisky in the 2010s and focuses on using locally sourced Tasmanian ingredients. Its whisky production combines traditional copper pot stills with Tasmania’s cool climate and distinctive maturation conditions. Callington Mill has become an important part of Tasmania’s growing craft whisky industry.
