With that in mind, we've got a rather exciting one right here – the 2021 edition of its Caribbean Soul Blended Rum! A full-bodied, flavoursome rum, with some intriguing savoury elements to enjoy among more familiar vanilla and oak notes.

Nose: Delightful aroma.

Palate: Forest floor, vanilla pods, a touch of brown sugar, vegetal hints that almost lean towards a well-aged Cognac's rancio richness, nutty oak lingering.

Finish: The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
