Chilgrove created its Bramble Gin by combining 100% grape-alcohol with crystal-clear South Downs natural mineral water alongside twelve carefully balanced botanicals including blackberry. The resulting gin was then infused with whole English blackberries and bottled at 42% ABV to create this pleasingly ruby-red tipple that's just bursting with fruit flavour.
