Wild Tobalá agave is the star of this unaged mezcal from Cinco Elementos. Found growing in rocky hills and mountains, it takes longer to reach maturity than more common agave varieties, harvested between 15 to 25 years old. After a double distillation, the creamy spirit is bottled at a generous 50% ABV.
