Matured for nine years, including a finishing period in a Port cask, a total of 425 bottles were released in 2021. It's brimming with toffee, jammy fruit, and spice – a real treat for fans of a good sipping rum.

Compagnie des Indes Trinidad 9 Year Old | 700ML Tasting Notes

Nose: Characteristic of cane juice rums with floral touches. Citruses, rose and jasmine scents in this single cask.

Palate: You find the same flavours as on the nose but with the addition of a cherry liquor chocolate note.

Finish: Expressive, its long and dry with notes of dry fruits.

Compagnie des Indes rums are produced with great care. The idea was brought to life in memory of the former East India Company from the seventeenth and eighteenth century that selected rare commodities from distant continents and imported them to their countries. Like them, we select only the best quality rums from all over the world and import these to Europe.
