From top producer Christian Drouin comes this limited-edition, 14-year-old Calvados Pays d`Auge. The brandy was aged for 7 months in old French oak barrels that previously held the superb Long Pond ITP 1995 rum.

Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Notes of brown sugar, melon, papaya, apple and cinnamon.

Finish: Peppery warmth on the finish.

The story of Drouin Calvados began around 1960. There was nothing to indicate that Christian Drouin was destined to make a career in spirits. Nothing, that is, apart from his taste for good food and good wines. When he bought a farm he decided to use the cider-apple orchards to produce calvados.
