As part of a special project El Fogonero aged 30 barrels of their small-batch artisanal tequila for over 9 years in charred American oak barrels previously used to age Canadian whiskey. With limited production capacity only 1,000 bottles will be released for sale to the public, each bottle numbered and personally signed by the head of the family and master distiller Don Jesus Correa.

Nose: A hint of brown sugar.
Palate: The palate is a mouth-watering mix of vanilla, stewed agave and cinnamon with toasty oak flavors, orange zest and dill.
