Detailed Description

The first cask finished release from The Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery's Filey Bay range. Following an initial maturation in bourbon casks, it was transferred to Spanish hogsheads which previously held Moscatel for a finishing period. Just 6,000 bottles were released, full of creamy tropical sweetness.
