Released as part of their premium collection, the Giffard Caribbean Pineapple offers delicious bursts of sweet and succulent pineapple with every drop making it the perfect for crafting a scrumptious Blue Hawaiian, Yellowhammer, Daiquiri, or classic Piña Colada. Each batch of this liqueur begins with a neutral spirit base which is infused with a combination of fresh sun-ripened pineapple, candied pineapples, 7-year-old Caribbean rum, and a dash of spices. The resulting blend is then brought to proof using pure water and sweet syrup before being finally bottled.

Nose: Bright, golden amber in color, each sip of this liqueur begins with a powerful whiff of sliced pineapple rings, grilled pineapple, and candied pineapples.
Palate: This is immediately followed by a crisp and refreshing palate of sliced ripe pineapples, cooked pineapples, sweet vanilla, citrus acidity, cinnamon, and faint black pepper spice.
