Joining the Cask Strength Collection from indie bottler Signatory comes this glorious single malt from Glenrothes! Distilled in 1996, this whisky was filled into a pair of hogsheads, where it rested peacefully for the next quarter of a century. Finally, in 2021, the casks were opened, releasing an outturn of 456 bottles at a cask strength of 50.9% ABV.

Nose: Chewy caramel, currant buns, candied fruit with honeyed nuts, and earthy vanilla.
Palate: Dried orange, sweet zest, crumbly vanilla fudge, leading to warming baking spices and buttery, mellow oak.
Finish: The spices increase with dustings of cinnamon and nutmeg, more candied citrus, dense, dried fruit and earthen, peppery oak.
