Detailed Description
It is distilled from 100% rye at the Alberta Distillery and aged for three years in American oak barrels before being finished for another two years in Caribbean rum casks. Alberta Distillery, based in Calgary, has been operating since 1946 and currently belongs to the Beam Suntory concern. It is equipped with stills and distillation columns and produces excellent rye whiskey.
