Huber's Starlight Distillery Applejack Brandy is a small batch, unfiltered apple brandy made from our own cider apples in the tradition of the Jersey Applejack. Our distillery is located in the heart of the Hudson Valley, the oldest apple growing region in the United States. We use traditional techniques to distill our apple brandy. Our Applejack is aged in oak barrels for up to two years to create a smoother, more refined flavor. The end result is a delicious, complex spirit that is best enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
