Ingenio la Cabana 15 Year Old 2007 (cask M082) - El Salvador (The Royal Cane Cask Company) | 700ML

A single cask column still rum from Ingenio la Cabana, El Salvador's only distillery. It was distilled in 2007 and matured for 15 years in an American white oak cask, with 11 of those years spent in a tropical climate, and the remaining in the much cooler Liverpool docks. It was bottled in 2022 by The Royal Cane Cask Company, with a limited outturn of only 310 bottles, at 51.0% ABV.

Nose: Very elegant and precise aromas.

Palate: The palate is very powerful and complex. Smooth texture.

Finish: Quite delicate and smooth texture on the long finish.
