Nose: Dried lemons, rich oak char, and earthy peat smoke, backed by grassy notes of hay, stewed fruit, biscuity malt, and some salted fudge.

Palate: Drying, pungent peat smoke leads the way, cushioned by juicy stone fruits, zesty citrus, and creamy vanilla.

Finish: Baked, spiced fruits linger, with warming notes of vanilla custard and robust, tarry smoke.
