Nose: White flowers, pear, melon, steamed rice, and subtle mineral notes.

Palate: Silky and structured — ripe pear, melon, rice sweetness, soft umami, and delicate acidity with a refined, creamy texture.

Finish: Long and elegant with lingering rice sweetness, light fruit, and a clean mineral fade.

IWA Sake is produced in Toyama Prefecture, Japan under the direction of Richard Geoffroy, former longtime chef de cave of Dom Pérignon.
