Be it the adaptation to the soil and climatic conditions, the careful work in the vineyards, the research, the pressing, the fermentation, the technology, Kellerei St. Pauls makes sure everything is working in the right places to ensure that every bottle of wine is of excellence. The natural diversity at the terroir of Kellerei St. Pauls have worked its magic into the vines. One of the prettiest wine areas of Alto Adige, the 185 hectares have an ideal position. The ideal position on the slopes and hills and the different types of soil have nurtured the vines well. The vineyards get sufficient sunshine all year long with cool nights and adequate rain. Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Müller Thurgau, Sauvignon, Riesling, Moscato Giallo, Gewürztraminer, Merlot Rosé, Lagrein Kretzer, Pinot Noir, Vernatsch, Merlot, Lagrein, Cabernet, and Petit Manseng grow to their full extent in these lovely terroirs. Quality is the number one priority at Kellerei St. Pauls and they have certainly been dedicated towards this. Kellerei St. Pauls is IFS certified. IFS stands for International Food Standard and the winery is able to meet the highest standards in the area of food production and safety.
