While we wait for the Kingsbarns Distillery's whisky to mature, get a taste of their new make spirit! The plans for this new Scotch whisky distillery in Fife (rather near St. Andrews, with its world-famous golf course) were in place in 2009, though construction began in 2013. Peter Holroyd is at the helm as Master Distiller.

Nose: Quite fruity on the nose, with a waft floral air.
Palate: More fruit, particularly when tasted with water...
Finish: Golden barley notes last.
