This late-harvest white offers a fresh floral bouquet with nice concentration. The mineral notes pair well with the ripe peach and melon flavors and give the wine a pleasant finish.Vinified from very ripe grapes, our Rheinhessen Spatlese, with flavors of peach and melon, pairs well with smoked ham or spicy foods, and is also delicious as an aperitif.

In 1897, at the age of 27, Leonard Kreusch, founded the family winery and began producing wines commercially. Upon the repeal of Prohibition, the family began export of their wines to the U.S. In 1950, Leonard Kreusch, Inc. was founded as a corporation in the state of New Jersey to serve as sole importer and distributor of the brand. Over 60 years later - now in the fourth generation - the company remains family-owned and operated and continues their mission of offering outstanding quality and value in, not only German wines, but also those from Europe’s best regions.
