This is an intriguing spirit that hints at pears and a sweet brininess that gives way to vanilla and warmth. A silk-textured treat that will keep people guessing during a blind tasting.

Nose: Vanilla, cereal, mint and cooked pear.

Palate: Silken and gentle with hazelnut and toffee sweetening the spice and fruit in the background.

Finish: Generous and with plenty of fruit interplay with warmth.
