Macallan Exceptional Single Cask #8167/02 Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Part of the Macallan Exceptional Single Cask series that was relaunched in 2017, this single cask expression was distilled on 9th September 2002. Matured in a single European sherry puncheon for 15 years before bottling on 2nd May 2018, only 627 bottles were filled, each one at a cask strength of 60.1% abv.

The Macallan distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery in Craigellachie, Moray. The Macallan Distillers Ltd , is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Edrington Group which purchased the brand from Highland Distillers in 1999.
