Very dry, this light-bodied wine is organic and needs some rich meaty or cheesy dish to tame it. It conveys smoky, black bean aromas, flavors like pomegranate and cranberry, and a smoky, tannic finish.

The use of lush cover crops and natural predators like ladybugs help promote biodiversity and pollinator health.
