Detailed Description

Príncipe de los Apóstoles (translated to "prince of the apostles") Mate Gin is produced at Sol de los Andes gin and grappa distillery in Mendoza, Argentina. Founded in 2000, Sol de los Andes is a family-run distillery. This gin is made from peppermint, eucalyptus, pink grapefruit skin, and yerba mate botanicals from Misiones, the National Capitol of yerba mate in Argentina. It is distilled in a German copper still, with each botanical macerated separately in a wheat alcohol base.
