One of their more recent releases, the Rebecca Creek Texas Ranger 1823 Blended Whiskey was developed with the goal of bringing artisan-level, locally-made whiskeys to drinkers at a competitive price. Named after the legendary 1823 law support organization, the whiskey is blended from a selection of unique whiskeys, bourbon, and pure limestone-filtered water from the famed Edwards Aquifer before being aged in charred American white oak casks to create a rich and flavorful expression that is simply irresistible.

Rebecca Creek Texas Ranger 1823 Blended Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Each sip of this honey-colored liquor greets you with a welcoming nose of graham crackers, honey, vanilla frosting, caramel, and maple syrup.

Palate: Subtle hints of pear, hazelnut, and coffee. These same notes continue to the palate with the addition of sweet butterscotch.

Finish: A short finish of maple, root beer, and vanilla frosting.

Distillery Information

Founded in 2009 by Steve Ison, Rebecca Creek Distillery was one of the first legal distilleries in South Texas since Prohibition. It has since grown to become one of the largest craft distilleries in North America. Its product lineup includes Rebecca Creek Whiskey, Texas Ranger Whiskey, Enchanted Rock Vodka, and Enchanted Rock Peach Vodka.
