Rebecca Creek Fine American Blended Whisky

Serving as their flagship whiskey offering, the Rebecca Creek Whiskey is a blended expression that offers the perfect balance between the gentle character of Canadian whisky and the rich, bold flavors of American bourbon. Each batch begins with bourbon whiskey distilled from a mash bill consisting of 75% yellow corn, and 21% rye, and 4% malted barley and then aged for 10 years in new, charred American oak barrels. After maturation, the bourbon is then blended with corn-based spirits to create its distinctive taste and texture before being brought to proof with pristine limestone-filtered water from the Edwards Aquifer and then finally bottled.

Rebecca Creek Whiskey Tasting Notes

Nose: Each sip of this whiskey greets you with a welcoming nose of sweet corn, caramel, and vanilla supported by hints of wood and barrel spices.

Palate: This is then immediately followed by a soft and sweet palate of caramel corn, cracker jacks, butterscotch, pepper spice, and barrel char.

Finish: A subtle and lingering finish of toasted brown sugar.

Distillery Information

Founded in 2009 by Steve Ison, Rebecca Creek Distillery was one of the first legal distilleries in South Texas since Prohibition. It has since grown to become one of the largest craft distilleries in North America. Its product lineup includes Rebecca Creek Whiskey, Texas Ranger Whiskey, Enchanted Rock Vodka, and Enchanted Rock Peach Vodka.
