Nose: Dominant notes of vanilla, resulting from ageing in French oak casks, reveal hints of apricot, apple and floral notes.

Palate: A perfect harmony of stone fruit and subtle notes of licorice. Well-balanced and multi-layered character with silky texture.

Finish: Refreshing.

Located in the heart of the Grande Champagne area in Touzac, their master distiller transforms the wine into eau-de-vie. Our House chooses to distill “on the lies”. This process, subtle and delicate, allows them to obtain round, generous and opulent eaux-de-vie with a long ageing potential. This step of the cognac production requires an exceptional knowledge that has their master distiller who controls the process by nose and intuition.
