Barrel # 33 is an exception to the rule, bringing a richer intensity than most. Sweet dessert-like flavors lead, but it transitions to more savory flavors as it progresses.

Nose: On the nose, this 14 year old Bourbon has a wonderfully robust amount of baked peach, apple, and cherry, along with vanilla paraffin, caramel toffees, and anise.
Palate: Round and voluminous mouthfeel. On the taste, more baked fruits, cinnamon sticks, anise, vanilla syrup and toffee candy.
Finish: The finish is quite pleasurable with sweet and spice in unison.
