The Rest & Be Thankful 2000 Monymusk MMW Jamaica Rum is a limited edition release from the Monymusk distillery in Jamaica. This rum is made using traditional pot still distillation and is aged for a minimum of 8 years in oak casks. The result is a full-bodied, rich and complex rum with notes of molasses, dark fruits, vanilla and tobacco. The finish is long and lingering with hints of spice and oak. This is an excellent rum to enjoy neat or in a variety of classic and modern cocktails.
