Saint Senara Botanical Spirit | 700ML

A rather intriguing coastal botanical spirit from Cornwall, made with a host of ingredients including samphire, dill, cucumber, cardamom, Douglas fir, and black pepper. The name comes from the story of a Breton princess arriving in Cornwall via a barrel and subsequently founding a village and a church. Enjoy as you would a top gin, with tonic and a good slice of citrus, or use in a twist on a Bloody Mary.

Nose: Herbaceous and savoury, with a few leafy touches along the way.

Palate: A very pleasant, rich and smooth taste in the mouth. Lovely texture.

Finish: Quite delicate and a long finish.
